I have migrated my Parallels Desktop VMs to v.13, loaded the Parallels Tools into my Ubuntu 16.04 LTS VM with the Networking in Parallels networking set to "Shared Network(Recommended)" and now the built in Ubuntu Software Updater fails, reporting that there is no internet connection. Running Firefox however, works fine, if a little slowly. I have no problems with my Windows VMs networking, just Ubuntu. Don't know if other versions of Ubuntu are likewise affected, perhaps other users can update this thread with their broken versions. I'm running Parallels Desktop 13.0.0 on an iMac 27" quad-core i7 with MacOS Sierra
