Desktop 8 : Retail vs Student Editions

Can anyone help with this stupid question (and, no I haven't been able to find an answer myself)?? What, if any, are the differences between Parallels 8 Desktop Retail versus the "Student Edition?" Any input would be appreciated! You would think this could easily have been found but is turning out to be a science project.......
 
Technically there is no difference, it is the same software, as a student you can however get a discount if you have a legitimation paper, that's the education discount.
