Determine *INSTALLED* version of tools

How do I determine the currently installed/running version of Parallels tools? I.e _not_ the version mounted on /media/Parallels\ Tools

This is for an Ubuntu 12.04 VM.

Take a look in this directory: /var/lib/dkms/parallels-tools

I have a 8.0.18100.795512 directory.

You could also look in the install log file: /var/log/parallels-tools-install.log

Look for instances of: Installer started

My last entry is: Parallels Tools 8.0.18100.795512 Installer started.
