Didn't receive the upgrade key of 11

    Hi
    I purchased the Parallels 10 on 04/Oct/2015 and registered it on 26/Oct/2015.

    But I still not receive the email of upgrade key, I even checked the junk mail.

    Please assist. Thank you:)
