directing all guest traffic through a VPN on the host

Hi, I am running WinXP under Mavericks with Parallels 8. I simply (?) want to use a VPN for all traffic from the VM, and the guest should be offline if the VPN is down. How can I accomplish this?

The first thing I tried was to look into Virtual Machine / Configure / Networking, but the VPN does not show up as an adapter.
