Disable Camera -- from version 1.3 to not available in 5.1.0

The thread on the feature request page says this toolbox app was available about three years ago with version 1.3, but I do not see it on the Mac M1 version. Please bring it back. Big need!

Yeah, I have the Toolbox. I like a number of the tools, especially the Mute tool, which tells me several applications have tried to UNMUTE my microphone. Where is the Camera Shutter?
