disable Linux desktop effects Fedora 24

Trying to get coherence working under Parallels Desktop 12, client Fedora 24 Linux. I need to disable Linux desktop effects, but the Parallels instructions do not apply to Fedora 24, and I cannot find where to disable desktop effects -- I've tried all the menus and manual search for the correct file using Terminal.

Any suggestions would be most appreciated! - Andy
