Disable Mac Function Keys in Parallels?

How can I disable the Mac function keys in Parallels on my Wireless Keyboard?
What I mean is that F1 and F2 are set to adjust brightness, but in Windows games they have a different function, which don't work!
 
Is this a desktop or a laptop?

On a laptop, in OS X Keyboard preferences, turn on "Use all F1, F2, etc. keys as standard function keys". That way, you need to hold Fn to use the hardware functions.

If this is a desktop or a laptop, you can adjust key mappings in the Parallels Desktop menu -> Preferences -> Keyboard.
