disable start menu for windows key?

hi,

i am wondering whether there is any possibility disable the start menu popup when the "windows" key is pressed. i am asking because when parallels is running and is switch programs within mac os when the parallels window is active, the start menu always pops up. this is kind of annoying. Do you know any way to disable or change that?
