disable the keyboard shortcut for MAGNIFIER!

how do i disable the keyboard shortcut for windows 7 MAGNIFIER ... this is driving me NUTS! ... i always use the CMD + to zoom in and out ... in ALL MY MAC PROGRAMS ... WINDOWS TAKES OVER THE COMPUTER with this ridiculous app !!!! ... PLEEEEEAAAAASSSSEEEE! ... why can't it just be an easy fix????? ... it's not just a matter of "turning it off" in the EASE OF USE section ... i need to GET RID of the keyboard shortcut! ... these programmers really are ridiculous! ... PLEASE HELP!
 
Rename

It was driving me nuts as well, so I renamed C:\Windows\System32\Magnify.exe to Magnify2.exe...

that was a great idea martin

i tried to change the .exe file to magnifier 2, but got an error message saying that i have to get "permission" from my "trusted installer" ... don't know what this is in windows 7 ... if you can help me with that it would be great ... i installed windows 7 from a download ... i hope you or anyone will know the answer ... soooo irritating ... thanks!
 
Try this:
1. Take ownership of the file (permissions, advanced, owner tab)
2. Assign yourself modify permission
3. Rename the file
