Disabled Hardware acceleration

I get the error message that the hardware acceleration is either disabled or not supported by my video card..................


I recall similar error messages on one of the very early parallels releases last year and it was fixed....do we have a similar problem now or have I not installed something...did the tools..

...not a video card problem in my mac...have the mac pro and it has lots of video card...
 
Where are you getting the error message? In Windows? Check to make sure "Enable DirectX Support" is checked off under Video when you edit the virtual machine configuration.

If that's not what's causing the problem, then a bit more specific about what is happening so we can help :)
