Disabling System Integrity Protection (SIP) from M1 host

I want to disable SIP in a guest VM from an M1 host.

I found this post (https://forum.parallels.com/threads/how-to-disable-system-integrity-protection-sip.339840/) for intel based hosts but the config UI is not available on M1 macs. The known limitations (https://kb.parallels.com/128867) also say M1 hosts are unable to boot guest vms into recovery mode.

Is it possible to disable SIP from an M1 host (even through some workaround)? If not, is there a rough estimate of when it may be possible?

 

the m1 product is an alpha early access at best. sigh
