Discount code not working

i got a discount code from the online survey last night, and i`m trying to use it this morning, but i got an error, said my discount code is not correct. can anyone from staff fix this problem?

thanks maria, the problem is solved, a staff told me this code can not use with 1 year subscription, it can only use with one time purchase, and the email doesn't mention it.
