Display adapter not installed correctly ??

Hi, I had installed an app for converting DVDs to MP4s but when I try to run it, I get the following error:

QUOTE
Your Display Adapter drive is not installed correctly

The current driver is: 'Parallels Video Driver'
Please reinstall a correct and latest driver for your Display Adapter, then try again.
UNQUOTE

Can you help? Thanks

Please follow these steps after turning off the Anti- Virus and Windows firewall.

1) Start the Windows OS > Go to Control Panel > Go to Add or remove program > Remove Parallels tools completely.
2) Restart the Windows.
3) Open Finder > Mac HD > Library > Parallels > Tools > prl_tools_win.iso > Copy the " Setup.EXE " to a USB Flash drive.
4) Open Windows Operating System > go to My Computer > USB Flash drive > Double click on the " Setup.EXE " and allow it to install.
5) After the complete installation of Parallels tools.
6) Please verify if you get this message " Parallels Tools has been install successfully ".

Please email us the status of the issue.
