Hi there! If i boot my Win7 VM, i noticed that during boot, the display has changed. In Win7 one usually has this "Windows 7 starting" Windows with the swirling colors that finally forms to the Windows logo. Now, it just looks like Windows Server..... this (kind of) Progress bar... Huh? Any idea what happened and how i can get the original look back? The second thing: After Windows shows the login screen and i enter my password, all off a sudden the screen turns black.... after a while the Desktop pops up... Than's for any hint or explanation..
