Display Wallpaper in Windows Parallels 8

I have Parallels 8 running on MBP 8,2 and all runs fine except when I "personalize" my wallpaper the screen just stays black in both windows 7 and 8. I never get to see the wallpaper just a black screen.

What am I doing wrong please...?

It doesn't matter if I click see desktop it's just black.
 
Could you explain how did you resolve it as Parallels Desktop 8 always getting back to default background when starting Windows 7 VM (Coherence mode) ?
