Dock icons nonexistent in Coherence

Hey guys,

So my coherence has been acting up. It works fine, but I am not able to see any running windows applications in the dock. And cmd-tab only shows running OSX apps. I have to click on the parallels dock icon (or cmd-tab to parallels) to give it focus and then I can alt-tab the running windows apps.

Please see attached screen shot - I am running windows explorer and notepad, but neither are on the dock.

I thought it might be a corrupted parallels tools, so I selected "Reinstall Parallels Tools" a couple times and rebooted the VM to no avail.

Could anyone lend a hand?

And now it's not sharing the clipboard so I can't copy/paste text between osx and xp.

Another Tools reinstall and a reboot and now at least my clipboard seems like it's sharing again.

But I still don't have currently running windows apps as icons in my dock.

Could someone from Parallels give me any pointers, please?
