Does anyone in customer support monitor this board frequently?

    I posted an urgent message here and also on FB messenger. There doesn't seem to be an option to call or chat 24/7 as is indicated elsewhere on the website. Is there a phone number to call?

    I did this and chat, email and phone were grayed out.
