Does only the PD17's "Pro" version include virtual TPM?

This basically means non-pro users won't be able to install Windows 11's final release!
Is installing Windows a "PRO" feature now?

Come on guys!
 
I like Parallels but g_d_amn do they try to nickel and dime us. If this is their current ethos it's getting very old and starting to wonder about alternatives.

The videos says it's only available for Pro, but maybe it's a mistake...
I hope it is!
