Does Parallels 10 work with windows 7?

Does Parallels 10 work with windows 7? I'm not interest in windows 8 it's a real JOKE and don't want to pay for this Mircrosoft upgrade. I hope Parallels 10 does not require a Windows 8 upgrade. Can anyone confirm this before I upgrade Parallels 9 to Parallels 10. Thanks
 
Precisely speaking, it must be Windows 7 SP1.
