I'm using Parallels Toolbox for Windows on a Windows 11 system and have noticed that several background tools remain active while gaming. I was wondering if any Toolbox features can affect CPU, RAM, or disk usage enough to reduce game performance or cause occasional stuttering.

Has anyone tested gaming with Parallels Toolbox running in the background? If so:

    • Which Toolbox features are safe to leave enabled while gaming?
    • Is it better to disable unnecessary tools before launching games?
    • Have you noticed any measurable FPS improvements after closing Toolbox?
I'd appreciate any real-world experiences or optimization tips.
