Does v10 Fix Coherence Full Screen Window Shifting on Focus?

My PD10 does not offer any update, I stick with 10.0.2 (27712). Is the 10.1 already publicly avaialble?

Thanks for the follow-up StanislavZ but I agree with amitparmar.
After applying the 10.1 update, the behaviour is better but bug is still present: there is no longer the "resizing artifact/shift" when all apps are in full screen, but when moving from a desktop with a few windows to a a full screen app, this still occurs. I even managed to see the shifting/resizing appear when switching back & forth between a *Mac* full screen app (Safari) and Windows 7 full screen app (Notepad).

So it's better, but not resolved yet.
 
I would like to add that the "resizing artifact/shift" also appear if you enter "Mission Control". All full-screen Windows applications are resized with black bars above and below (menu bar/dock space).

So the bug is still there, either when switching between a full-screen app and another which is not full screen, or when going into mission control where full-screen window app is resized as well.

I have reopen bug ticket #1972829.
