Downgrade V19 => V18

Hello,
we have purchased the actual version V19 and want to install this on MacOS Big Sur which ist not possible. Therefore my
question: ist it possible to use the V19 key for the V18 version? Waht is the way to downgrade thsi?

Thank you for your feedback.

Indeed, since you have a subscription, you can activate Parallels Desktop 18 with the same key.

To downgrade, uninstall the current version of Parallels Desktop 19 and download Parallels Desktop 18 using the link https://download.parallels.com/desktop/v18/18.3.2-53621/ParallelsDesktop-18.3.2-53621.dmg
