Download older version (11) problem

I have a permanent license for Parallels 11. I want to reinstall on the same iMac (10.13.6) after replacing the hard drive (new SSD). My account shows it Active, and displays my license key. When I click on the download icon nothing happens. What do I need to do to get the download?

Let us know if you are able to successfully activate the version 11.
