Download Video Error

I keep getting these same errors on and off for a while now.
An error has occurred while combining video and audio.
How can I stop this from happening?

 

Hello @JimS17, Make sure that Parallels Toolbox is updated to the latest version. Click on the Parallels Toolbox icon > cogwheel > Check for Updates.
Try again to download the video after updating Parallels Tools to the latest version and check. Thanks, Parallels Team

 

I am. It's the first thing I check. However this has been happening on several versions over the last while but I just finally got upset enough to ask.

 

Hello,
try to change preferred quality of downloaded video in preferences of Download Video tool. If you have preferred quality option set to 'Max' then try to set second option ('For non-MP4 videos') to 'download without conversion' or 'download MP4 in lower quality'.

 

I think I did try that but since I am not 100% sure, let me try that again right now.

 

Ok just tried it and it took a few tries changing settings like you said but it did eventually work no problem. Thank you!
