Download Video Safari Extension in Wrong Language

Since I upgraded to macOS Mojave the extension for Download Video in Safari appears in the German language. This occurs on two separate Macs, a 2018 iMac and a 2018 MacBook Air, both with Mojave 10.14.4 installed. I do not have German added to my installed languages in macOS. Is there some way to correct? I've also uninstalled and reinstalled Toolbox a couple of times with the same result.

Glad I'm not the only one experiencing this issue.
I speak Korean, and when I have Korean added on my system's language settings, it shows the name in Korean, but when I delete Korean, it shows up just like jchrisb posted.
