Downloading a company using Sage Drive on Parallels

Hi,

I recently got Parallels Desktop 14 for Mac and have tried to use Sage 50 on it. I have another Windows personal computer with Sage 50 on it and I have uploaded the company file onto Sage Drive. The Sage 50 setup and installation went smoothly, however, when I try to download the company file using Sage Drive, it says it cannot find the location. I made sure to download the company file in a shared folder however Sage 50 still says it cannot find the location of where I downloaded the company file. What do you think the issue could be?

Hi, just for test, could you please check the same behavior with bridge and shared VM network (Vm configuration -> Hardware -> Network)
