    Hello Folks,

I am going to be upgrading my Quicken 2010 to 2013 on my Windows XP VM.
Can I download the Quicken 2013 .EXE file to my Mac downloads and then drag it over to my Windows VM desktop to then install it into Windows?

I'd like to do this so that I can keep the original download on my Mac side in case I need to reinstall or rebuild my windows at a later date.

If Parallels Tools are installed on the VM, of course you can, and you can also do the reverse, download on Windows and drag to the Mac, as you wish.

It's also possible to use the folder sharing capacities of Parallels, via Parallels Shared Folders, and have a Shared folder on the Mac side with the files you want to access also on Windows. In fact, by default it shares your Mac's current user's Home folder.

Thanks very much for the helpful reply.
I think if I understand you correctly, by default, I can while in my Windows VM choose my Mac download folder and run the .EXE file through the shared folders function?
