This is what I hate about modern software companies. I've bought and/or tested every version of Parallels since 2.0 but I can't get any friggin' help from their guys on this board, and they won't offer real phone support. Rather than reward loyalty, I should start using whomever offers the best service at any given time. 30 days for support on this issue, let alone resolution, is ridiculous.
