- ability to d&d files onto XP icons in the OSX dock or aliases of XP applications (requires that the containing folder is accessible via shared folder for security)

- ability to d&d files/ folders between OSX & XP, both ways, but instead of copying creating an alias or shortcut respectivly (can be implemented using a keysequence, i.e. Shift, while d&d)

- ability to quickly empty the XP recycle bin from MacOSX; handy in coherence mode (via special dock icon representing the recycle bin or an option accessible via the context menu of the parallels icon

- ability to share folders in XP that they are accessible from OSX without using SMB sharing of XP folders

Both requested features are already available in Parallels Desktop 3.0 Build 4128.
