Dragon text transfer from XP VM to Mac application

I am planning to use DNS9 for my electronic medical record (EMR) system that runs on the Mac (ComChart - Filemaker application).

Has anyone figured out how dictate using Dragon Naturally Speaking 9 on the Windows XP pro virtual machine and transfer it directly in real time into an application running on the host MacPro?

Is there a work around using VNC on the Virtual PC to network with the host MacPro and send the text directly in real time without having to cut and paste?

I've been trying (but failing) getting it to work. I'm new to VNC and don't exactly understand all the technicalities, so that might explain it.
