Driver don't work

Hi to everyone, I'm trying to install driver for my CNC and my USB-SERIAL cable Lindy.

Nothing works, please help me or suggest thank you in advance.

I try to do this steps that Parallels Support suggest me but doesn't work.

1. Allow the Parallels Desktop application in Mac Accessibility and Full Disk Access ( Click Apple icon > System Preferences > Security & Privacy).
2. Take the Snapshot of the Windows virtual machine ( On the Mac menu bar click Parallels double bar icon > Action > Take Snapshots).
3. Install Parallels Tools in Windows virtual machine ( On the Mac menu bar click Parallels double bar icon > Action > Install / Reinstall Parallels Tools).
4. Try to connect the device directly with the virtual machine ( On the Mac menu bar click Parallels double bar icon > Device > Connect the device ).
5. Shut down the virtual machine.
6. Perform the mentioned steps in this article: https://kb.parallels.com/6318 and check if that works.
