DT9/Bootcamp Windos 8.1 NO operating system error

I have a functional bootcamp (boots natively). I am trying to create a VM from the BC partition, but get message that no operating system was found. This was working perfectly on my previous iMac. The only difference is, that this new one has a Fusion Drive.

All other VMs function properly.

Mavericsks/Parallels DT 9 latest

Disk Utility verify and repair performed.
