I just installed 1922 this morning after having been using 1896(?) for the last week or so and observed that my dual screen (3164x1164) XP VM was no longer usuable.
Screen updates were extremely slow, there was an extremely noticeable delay between typing a character and seeing the screen update. All in all, performance was too poor to be used for real work.
This performance problem even spilled over onto an Ubuntu VM I have running on a single full screen. The cursor was so laggy as to appear to hop instantaneously from one part of the screen to another when you moved it.
I was about to revert back to the previous version of Parallels that I had been using when I decided to try and reset the XP video mode back to a single full screen. As soon as I did that, all performance issues went away, even for the Ubuntu VM.
I just thought I would mention this problem, since it seems to be a major regression in Parallels performance.
I'll probably revert back to the previous version, since I mainly wanted to try 1922 to see if they had fixed the dual mouse cursor problem I see whenever I use a Linux-based VM. They haven't fixed it yet, unfortunately.
