Just a quick question to the forum.
I have several activation keys for the following products:
1-Untitled permanent subscription (registered on October 13, 2016)
Parallels Desktop 12 for Mac, Parallels Toolbox for Mac
Permanent
2-Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac (1 computer)
Permanent
3-Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac (1 computer)
Permanent
4-Parallels Desktop 9 for Mac (1 computer)
Permanent
Question:
It seems to be impossible for me to install back my Desktop 11 on a new iMac while having my Desktop 12 running on a MacBook Pro.
Upon entering the license I got the following prompt:
"You have reached the maximum number of activations available for your activation key (http://www.parallels.com/eula). Please purchase a new product license."
Does it mean that once used a 'permanent' license can't be used anymore?
Thanks to any feedback.
Cyril.
