Can I create a guest os of el Capitan using my parallels? If so, is there documentation about this?

Hi Robert, yes, you may install El Capitan as a guest operating system on Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac. Please make sure that you are running the latest update of Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac.
