El Capitan killed win7 (bootcamp). Can Parallels get it back?

I understand (now) that El Capitan does not support win7 via bootcamp.
I would like to switch to Parallels to run my win7 machine, but I am I get a BSOD when I start the vm (unmountable_boot_volume).
Is there a way to fix this and use parallels for win7?
