Emergency: Locked out of Windows VM

Hi.

I'm running Windows 8.1 on Parallels 10.2.1 on my Mac. Everything worked fine until just a few minutes ago.

Windows locks me out. I put in my password, and it shows me the desktop for about 5 seconds, then it brings me back to the login screen. I can log in fine, but after a few seconds it logs me back out.

Under my name and email address on the login screen it says "Locked." I'm not sure what this means, or if it was present before.

I have a deadline tomorrow and my work files are trapped on my Windows VM!

Any help would be appreciated.
 
Hi ZakT1, There are various parameters which affects the account lockout. It ranges from saves password in mobile devices to the mapped network or spoofing/sniffing from virus to the users or it can be due to con-flicker worm. You may also check out this article.
 
Thanks. I tried various ways to get back in, but couldn't, and I just ended up Refreshing the installation. Wiped out all my programs, but I just downloaded them again.
