Enabling gestures on Windows 8 inside Parallels 8

Hello there, I would like to know how to enable "left swipe" to cycle through applications, I don't want the "Switcher"; another thing is how to set to move the cursor to the "Charm bar" after the "right swipe". This two behaviors looks like the default in new Windows 8 Notebooks, and looks more usable too.
 
In my experience with the gestures on Windows 8 under Parallels, they have them correct for Top, Right, and Bottom. Regrettably the left gestures are not correct, they should be changing apps when you slide in from the left and bringing the task menu up should be slide in from the left, then back. Hopefully this is something they can fix in a update soon.
