I am running powertop under linux (ubuntu) to see where the machine is burning energy (for as far as powertop can actually judge). The heavier user processes use around 700 mW whereas the networking interface burns 17.65 W (and around that number). I am using virtIO but get the same burn-rate with emulated real cards). This usage explains why Activity Monitor classifies parallels as #1 energy burner, although Linux itself repost around 1% cpu usage.
Is there a setting to change the energy usage? Has this been handled in Parallels 16?

I am curious about this. It looks like a thing to enhance.
