Erreur TSclient.exe Client2X

Hi, i have a problem with client 2X,
when i work, i have this messae (wndows):

tsclient.exe - erreur application
l'instruction) "0x7c920f20"emploie l'adresse memeoire "0x00720069". la mémoire ne peut être "read".
Cliquez sur ok pour terminer le programme
Cliquer sur Annuler pour deboguer le programme.

I have uninstall Client2X and reinstall and the problem is also here.

Iuse Widnows XP SP3.
Help please...?

you sure this user has permission on the server you are trying to connect to?
have you tried with any other user?

ok, first try with another user and see what happens
i would personally then make sure that you are on the latest versions and try again

if i were you i would also check the windows event logs for system and apps for clues, plus remove antivirus and disable firewall to see if it makes any difference.

if none of the above helps, try to get the help is suspect they may ask you for a crash dump..

We've had four users in the last three weeks experience this issue and while we haven't been able to determine the cause, three of the four users affected have had the issue "disappear" on it's own. We tried different combinations of fixes for all of them but I can't say that any one of our attempts was responsible clearing the error. One user who didn't respond to anything was on an older machine so we opted to simply replace his machine. He had no problems with the new machine.

I suspect it's related to a Microsoft update but have no solid evidence to back that up.
