Erroneously charged subscription renewal

Hi,
I've been charged for a subscription renewal "Reference #516546234: Your Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition Upgrade (1 Year) subscription" but I do not have a subscription to this product - and this is made clear on my parallels account when I log in which confirms I have zero active subscriptions. Suffice it to say I need this charge refunded.

I have had parallels for one year and was not aware it had been set up to renew automatically.
Parallels Desktop for Mac Business Edition (1 Year)

Too expensive for me, so I would like to request a refund, then let me choose another project?
