Error activating Pro license on new Macbook

I switched Macbooks and I'm trying to activate my Pro license, but it's asking for an old license that I don't have, since I upgrade my package annually.

When I try to activate it, I get a message saying that the old license was not accepted.
 
Looks like it's asking for your old license to verify things. Try using your latest license from your account and see if that works.

If not, best to contact support--they can fix it quickly
