Error Code 800b0100

Hello to all,

My first post here.

After the upgrade to build 3188, all went smooth until today. WXP started to behave kind of crazy and then plainly stop working. I tried to reinstall XP, but I keep on getting Error code 800b0100.
There is a fix in the MS site, but I don't know how to select Shift+f10 to get a command line.

Please help ASAP

What are you trying to get to? Can you post a link to the M$ site?
