Error : 'Device driver not working correctly' after upgrading from PD 5 to 7.

System Configuration: Mac OS X Lion, PD 7 , Windows XP


After upgrading from Parallels Desktop 5 to 7 getting BSOD error message"Stop : 0x000000FC" sometimes while using any applications or sometimes while starting Windows XP VM.

Error"'Device driver not working correctly'".

Update driver from device manager.

according to kB above try to uninstall Parallels Tools and check an issue for a while. please post the result here.
