Error for Manual Installation macOS Monterey on macOS Ventura

Hello.

I'm trying Manual Installation of macOS Monterey on macOS Ventura, but when I'm running the command /Applications/Parallels\ Desktop.app/Contents/MacOS/prl_macvm_create ~/Downloads/UniversalMac_12.6_21G115_Restore.ipsw ~/Parallels/macOS.macvm --disksize 80000000000 in the terminal, it's not running, just not returning error and not executing the command.

My version is 1.8.0 (23810)

Can you help me to run this command for manual installation?

I'm uploading a picture of the Downloads folder, the command executed in the terminal and the Parellels version

Same issue to me - no reaktion when I execute the command prl_macvm_create - and no help from parallels...

...and no Option do install macOS automatic...
