Error installing Win XP

HI!
I have an error occuring every time i try to install Win XP with Windows Express install on my Parallels Desktop 3.0.
The problem is that the install doesn't continue on a certaint point ...

i am totally helpless ... is this a well-known problem?

Could you please specify what kind of error are you getting? Any screeshots of it would be helpful.
Please also try installing Windows from the ISO image file as described in this article - http://kb.parallels.com/entry/32/458/
