Error locking file

I've checked all of the appropriate permissions. And I've just upgraded to Snow Leopard. What other things should I be looking at to solve this problem:

I have the same problem

HELP ... already logged a ticket. Parallels #785506
Windows tries to start .... Unable to connect to Disk 1
Try to repair Windows installation .... works for a while then Unable to connect to Disk 1
and then have this in the log file:
