Error message PRL_ERR_DISK_MEMORY_ERROR (080021020), errno=5 (Input/output error)

Hello,
I´m from Germany and got this message while booting my virtual machine.
I don´t know what kind of error it is and i can't find something so i try to ask you guys hier.

edit: i´m using Maverick 10.9.4 und use the guest OS Win 7 Ultimate.
parallels desktop 8.0.18619
