Error message

Hi,
I just upgraded my PD 10. When the w7 wm start, it display me the following error message:

"Error loading C:\Program Files\Parallels\Parallels Tools\ShellExtentions\SharedHostAppsSHExt.dll"

"C:\Program Files\Parallels\Parallels Tools\ShellExtentions\SharedHostAppsSHExt.dll is not a valid Win32 application."

I found a similar case in a old discussion on this forum (2010) and I followed the indication suggested by the moderator (uninstalling parallels tools from windows control panel and reinstalling the parallels tools) but this didn't work for me.

Any suggestions?

Because of a enormous private and sensitive data included in the error report generated by PD - data that I cannot send - i extracted and saved the boot-phase of my vm (W7) from parallels-system.log. I'd attache this txt file to a private message, but I noticed that this function isn't active on this forum. Can you provide me your mail address?
